The Tulmar Bomb Containment Unit is designed to withstand the explosive force of a letter bomb without any lateral fragmentation.

The unit has been extensively tested by the RCMP Explosives Technology. The testing used explosives and fragmentation that exceeded any known letter bomb size. After detonation there was no lateral fragmentation.

The BCU is portable and can fit through standard doorways. It is also light, (52 Kg nominal) and a fraction of the cost of comparable units.
