Grilled Italian Sausages

- In a pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the sausages and boil them for 10 minutes. Skim as needed.
- Prick lightly and drain the sausages. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper on all sides.
- In a skillet, preheat the oil over medium heat. Grill sausages for 10 minutes or until golden brown to taste, turning occasionally.
- Serve hot with your favorite side of rice, potatoes or pasta.
