Simple Homemade Bread Rolls

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 °F (150 °C).
  2. To begin, dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water.
  3. Pour the boiling milk over the sugar, salt and butter in a mixing bowl.
  4. When the mixture is warm, add the dissolved yeast, the beaten eggs and the flour in small quantities.
  5. Beat until the dough is smooth. Cover and let rise to twice the volume.
  6. Roll out the dough and shape into buns. Let rise a little more.
  7. Bake for about 25-30 minutes (or until the buns are golden).
At the end of cooking time, prick a bun with a toothpick. If it comes out dry, the buns are ready. Otherwise, leave for a few more minutes and repeat the operation.
