Potato Salad

- Dice the potatoes and cook them until they are just firm.
- Drain for a few minutes.
- Cool for 3 hours in the refrigerator.
- Mix all the ingredients well and add them to the cooled potatoes.
- Refrigerate at least 6 hours. Serve cold
